I founded Jack & Freda (named after my grandparents) on maternity leave in 2015. It started as a fun project to keep my creative mind busy during nap times.

I was given 3 pairs of your earrings by my daughter for Christmas and it was just my best present . I love the colours, scale and lightness of the earrings - also when I was mortified by loosing one you sold me just one which arrived the next day, it was very kind and I didn't believe you would sell one but thought I'd ask and you did.,. Mean time, I have bought 2 new pairs of your twisted rings 'cos I loved them, Vicki

As you’d expect from this wonderful company the personal care and attention given to finding the exact replacement was outstanding. I can honestly say I’ve never come across a company that actually, genuinely care about their customers!
I lost one of my favourite earrings, and emailed J&F who directed me to the replacement service which was so easy and working a couple of days I had my earring. Such good value and such a good idea! Love my earrings! 😌
I previously bought a pair of earrings from Jack and Frieda that I love. I wear them all the time and am always complimented on them. I had to take them out for work and lost one and I was distraught! I contacted Jack and Frieda and explained. They replied straight away and I was able to purchase a single one to match the one I still had! The item arrived within two days and I am super happy again! Great customer service all round! And great quality earrings. Will continue to buy from and recommend Jack and Frieda!
